Guidelines for modifying or cancelling placed orders
You can cancel your order free of charge at any point before the parcel has been assigned and handed over to our courier partner. Simply call our hotline at 01700-000000 or notify our WhatsApp desk with your Order Number.
Once an order has left our central fulfillment center and is in transit with the delivery rider, it cannot be digitally cancelled. You may decline the package upon arrival if there are extenuating circumstances.
