Ordered the wrong foundation shade or lipstick tone? As long as the product packaging is completely intact, untampered, and unswatched, we can arrange an exchange within 3 days of parcel delivery.

Exchange Steps

1. Message us on WhatsApp at 01700-000000 with your Order Number and the desired replacement shade.
2. Ensure the original box, seal, and invoice are present.
3. Our delivery rider will exchange the item at your doorstep (standard delivery fee applies for preference exchanges).
